Do you want to see what we are all about before you schedule your first appointment?

If you are new to our office, we welcome visitors for a get-acquainted visit. Often such a visit is just what a small child needs to be comfortable in a new setting. Please call ahead of time so we can set aside a specific time for your child.

We understand that children and life sometimes surprise us.  We graciously ask that you call us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you cannot keep it.  If we have prior notice, we can offer that time to another child who has treatment needs.  If you fail to show for your appointment, you will incur a $35 broken appointment fee.  

Office Hours
  • We are open Monday through Thursday
  • Phones are answered from 7:30 am to 5 pm
  • Appointments available between 8 am to 12:30 pm, and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm
  • After-hours emergency? Please call our office and follow the menu prompts to directly reach our pediatric dentist on-call.  We do not use an answering service.  Emergency treatment rendered after-hours may incur an after-hours fee to offset the costs such as opening the office and bringing in support staff.

Payment Policy

Following your examination with the dentist, you will be provided with a treatment plan that notes our fees prior to your insurance benefits, if any.  We will submit to your insurance company to receive a pre-treatment estimate for coverage so you are aware what your costs may be.

In providing quality care, we prefer payment the day services are provided. This can be in the form of check, credit card, or cash payment or a combination of payment from you and your insurance company. If the person financially responsible does not bring the child to the dental office, then please make arrangements before the appointment.  

Contract plans are offered for orthodontic treatment, which often extends from six months to two years. Penalties for late payments may be incurred due to the additional staff needed to manage these accounts

Insurance Policy

Currently, we are in-network with Excellus dental coverage obtained through an employer.  However, we do accept all dental insurance benefits with out-of-network coverage.  You can still receive treatment at our office if your insurance coverage is considered out-of-network.  Please call to speak with us further and determine how you can use your benefits at our office.

After treatment is completed, we will submit insurance forms to your insurance company based on the subscriber information you have provided to us.  This is done as a courtesy to you.  Your insurance company will determine their coverage for the treatment completed and will render payment to us.  The coverage from your insurance company is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and we have no say in which treatments are covered and with what frequency.  You are responsible for any portion of our bill that your insurance company does not cover.

Credit Cards

For your convenience we honor most major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Your credit card can be used on our website to pay your bill, SwipeSimple, or you may call our office at (585) 587-0150 to pay over the phone.
